Tracy Putnam

Senior Pastor

Tracy and his wife, Genie, have been in ministry for over 25 years. They have four children (Campbell, Addie Grace, Maegan, and Josiah) and have been all over the world sharing the gospel. Shortly after Tracy received his PhD from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary in 2003, they joined the IMB where they shared the gospel in Russia for 14 years. After being a part of NWBC for 7 years during their time in the States on vacation or furlough, Tracy was called to pastor North Winona in 2019. They thoroughly enjoy gardening and being in the woods. He is the master of Catan, karaoke, and humor (or so he thinks).

Tim Privitt

Associate Pastor

Tim and his wife, Leslie, are transplants from the great state of Texas where they were born and raised. They met while Tim was serving in the U.S. Air Force and were married in 2002. They moved to Winona during the summer of 2013 and have never looked back. They thoroughly enjoy being in this community where they love spending time outdoors with their kids (Conner, Olivia, Noah, and Adam), hanging with church family, and goofing around with all the youth. Tim serves on staff as the Associate Pastor where his passion is to see kids and their parents grow together as they live their lives on mission as faithful followers of Christ. He is currently working on his MA in Christian Counseling from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

Donna McNeer

Secretary
(knower of all things)

Donna is the Ministry Assistant and the “Knower of all Things” pertaining to our church. She and Gene have been married for 40 yrs, and members of North Winona since God said “Let there be Light”. She and Gene have two sons Ben (Cheyenne) and Luke, and have five grandchildren (Hayson, Jax, Kippie Jo, and Charlie Bea). When she isn’t dealing with two knuckleheads at the office, she enjoys playing tennis, fishing, sewing together anything you can think of, as well as all types of handiwork such as practicing her ninja skills and cage fighting.
